POLICY:
* We deliver only in Philippines.
* The picture might vary on the actual arrangement of an item.
* Christmas/Valentine's/Mother's Day/Father's Day we can't commit on any time request but we promise to deliver it within the day.
* Changes in delivery address,message on card or other request must be e-mailed to globalpacificexpress@yahoo.com four days before date of delivery.
* Incomplete address and incorrect contact number of recipient might cause delays on the delivery of orders. $10 charge for redelivery.
* If item is not available we will email the sender and wait for the response before we process the order.
* Read carefully the description of the item because some items has a lead time that we will strictly follow.
For Metro Manila Delivery :
*FREE DELIVERY in all Metro Manila Areas.
*Same Day Delivery for Metro Manila Areas if order laced before 8AM(Philippines).
* If order is placed beyond cut off time it will arrive on the following day.
*We can deliver on a specific time if you place your order one week before date of delivery for Metro Manila Areas only.
For Provincial Delivery :
*For Luzon Areas there is a $8.00 delivery charge.
*For Visayas/Mindanao Areas there is a $10.00 delivery charge.

* We can consider food and cakes delivery to near town provinces if your order amount is $100 and above kindly email us first the complete address before you order.
*We advice to email us the complete address first for Provincial Delivery before you place an order so we can check if Door to Door Delivery Service is availabe.
*Next Day Delivery for Provincial Areas if order is placed before 8AM(Philippines).
* If order is placed beyond cut off time it will take two days to arrive.
* Flowers/Roses in bouquet and vase arrangement will be put in a box and if there is a vase it will be wrapped separately.
*We can not accept time request for Provincial Delivery.
*If Door to Door Delivery Service is not available we will notify the sender and recipient before we process the order.
For Funeral and Hospital/School Delivery:
*We Prioritize Funeral Delivery.
*We can delliver in specific Provinces like:
Laguna|Batangas|Cavite|Bulacan|Nueva Ecija|Cebu|Bacolod|
Ilo-ilo|Davao (town proper only)
*For Hospital Delivery kindly provide us the exact room number and department of the recipient and make sure that the recipient is still admitted.
*For School Delivery kindly specify what is the department or room number of the recipient and please note if the recipient is a faculty member or a student and inform us the availbale time we can deliver your order..
